These General Terms and Conditions of Contract (the “General Terms” or GT) govern access to and use of the website accessible through the domain sonfusteret.es. Simply accessing the website grants the person doing so the status of user and implies acceptance of all the terms included in these General Terms. By accepting them, the user states that they have read, understood and comprehend the content of this document, that they have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract, and that they assume all the obligations set out herein.
1. General information
SON FUSTERET reserves the right to cancel any transaction and/or the user's account when there are reasonable suspicions, indications or evidence of a breach of these General Terms, without prior notice, as well as to cancel tickets if it can reasonably be considered that the purchase was made fraudulently.
2. Linked content and services
The website may contain links that allow access to other pages not promoted by SON FUSTERET, and it is therefore not liable for damages arising from their unlawfulness, quality, being outdated, unavailability, error or uselessness.
3. Contracting conditions
The main features of the shows and/or events can be consulted on the website in the corresponding description sheet. The purchase of tickets is governed by these General Terms, by the special terms published in the purchase confirmation email and, where applicable, by the terms set by the organisers or promoters.
4. Ticket sales
The website shows the purchase process and, before completing it, all information relating to the final price and breakdown of taxes. To make a purchase, it is enough to identify yourself with a valid email address. If the purchase is completed successfully, it is confirmed on screen with a booking reference number and a confirmation email is sent. Tickets can be printed or downloaded to your mobile wallet.
SON FUSTERET acts as an intermediary in ticket sales and has no control over the shows, their availability, delays, cancellations or other eventualities (visibility, sound, accessibility). Any complaint regarding the performance, suspension, modification or cancellation of the event must be addressed to the organiser, presenting the ticket. The resale of tickets is prohibited under current regulations; failure to comply may result in seizure or cancellation without a refund.
5. Payment procedure
The purchasing system uses a secure server and encryption technology. Purchases may be subject to verification processes and security checks.
6. Price and additional costs
Unless stated otherwise, the prices shown include VAT and applicable direct taxes, expressed in euros (€).
7. Right of withdrawal
Tickets cannot be returned once the purchase has been made. Being unable to attend the show or making a mistake when buying tickets are not grounds for a refund; tickets may only be cancelled due to technical or operational incidents attributable to SON FUSTERET. The right of withdrawal provided for in consumer regulations is excluded for leisure or entertainment services (art. 103 RDL 1/2007).
8. Right of admission
The venue has video surveillance for security purposes. On entry, users may be subject to a search. Entry with dangerous objects is not permitted, nor is:
- Electronic cigarettes of any kind.
- Drinks or food purchased outside the venue (subject to the promoter).
- Sportswear or sports footwear.
- Paramilitary clothing.
- Stag or hen parties.
- Costumes or occasion make-up.
Admission requires a complete ticket in good condition. The holder loses their rights on leaving the venue, and the organisation decides whether to allow access once the event has started.
9. Event cancellation
SON FUSTERET has no control over the suspension or cancellation of events, responsibility for which lies with the organiser, to whom any claim must be addressed by presenting the ticket.
10. Refunds
Once a ticket has been purchased, no exchanges or refunds are accepted, except in the case of cancellation of the event, in which case the user may request a refund within a period not exceeding 30 days from the public announcement of the cancellation. Only the price of the ticket will be refunded, not other costs (booking fees, hotels, travel, meals, etc.). No refund will be given for cancellation after the event has started due to accidental causes or force majeure, nor for loss, damage, theft or destruction of the ticket.
11. Nullity and ineffectiveness of clauses
If any clause is declared null or ineffective, such declaration will only affect the provision concerned, with the rest of the Terms remaining in force.
12. Modification of the General Terms
These General Terms may be modified by publishing a new updated version on the website.
13. Competent jurisdiction and applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law (RDL 1/2007 and Law 34/2002, among others). Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma, without prejudice to the user's right to bring proceedings in the city of their domicile.
